We have completed another Olympian, which has been enhanced with a track and skate system for Cooper Norwich BMW.
These track and skate systems can facilitate vehicles' movement within the Bodyshop. It allows for the cars' sideways motion through multiple stages of the refinishing process for a seamless flow.
The Todd Engineering track and skate system comprises multiple plates and works seamlessly on high-quality rails designed for minimum friction, creating easy, fast, and effortless use. The skates are manufactured using lightweight aluminium, which guarantees no bending.
This fast-track repair facility was installed at Cooper Norwich BMW this week. They chose the Olympian 1000 series spray booth because it sets high standards in price and performance.
Contrary to its low cost, the Olympian's cabin is full specification regarding size, construction & finish. The air handling plant is designed to be compact and to be accessible for simple routine maintenance. The Olympian is a rear extraction spray booth that requires no groundworks before installation. This design provides a front to rear, through-flow of air that moves across the vehicle to carry away over-spray and fumes.
The Olympian's low cost and streamlined installation make it a competitive and far less risky option than purchasing a second-hand spray booth.
