SPRAYBOOTH

FEATURES

Our Spraybooth Features

Our spray booths combine cutting-edge technology with exceptional build quality to deliver outstanding results.

If you have specific requirements or need further customization, please don’t hesitate to contact us. Our team is ready to help you create the perfect solution for your needs.

Construction

Our spray booths are built with double-skinned rock-wool insulated panels, finished with white polyester both internally and externally, ensuring robustness and thermal efficiency. The cabins offer a 30-minute fire-resistance rating for added safety.

Lighting

Our state-of-the-art LED lighting system surpasses the highest standards in the automotive refinishing sector. The high-level light pods, designed to reduce glare and shadowing, provide illumination levels exceeding 1800 lux. These energy-efficient LEDs offer a colour temperature of 5000K at 90CRI for precise colour matching and consume 50% less energy than conventional tubes.

Doors

The main vehicle entry doors feature a three-leaf construction that opens in a concertina fashion, saving space. Designed specifically for spray booths, these doors come with aluminium extrusion hinges, a white powder-coated finish, full-length glass viewing panels, and two locking mechanisms for enhanced security and visibility. Additionally, a second personnel door can be installed on any wall panel, typically at the rear of the cabin, providing a safe fire escape route. This door includes a white powder-coated frame, self-closer, full-length viewing window, extruded aluminium hinges, and rubber compression seals for safety and durability.

Variable Speed Drives & Energy Saving

Our spray booths are equipped with inverter variable speed drives that balance cabin pressure by controlling fan speeds. This enhances energy efficiency, prolongs component life, and reduces maintenance costs. The system adjusts motor speeds for different phases—standby, flash off, and bake cycles—achieving up to 70% energy savings.

Eco+ Energy Saving Mode

The Eco+ Energy Saving Mode detects inactivity and automatically reduces fan and burner output, saving up to 30% on energy costs. The system maintains a slightly positive pressure to prevent dust ingress and quickly returns to full speed when spraying resumes.

Extraction Options

We offer various extraction methods to suit your facility's needs:

Existing Pit or New Excavation Pit: Ideal for facilities with or planning for pit installations.

Raised Floor and Low Profile Raised Floor: Options for installations without existing pits.

Rear/Side Extraction: Flexible extraction configurations to fit your specific setup.

Hydracure™ Water-Based Curing System

Hydracure™ is a sophisticated auxiliary air movement solution. It draws heated air from the clean zone, channels it through filters, and directs it to nozzles positioned above the LED lighting system, ensuring the air remains free from contaminants. This process significantly reduces the drying and curing times for paint. Designed for use with all products, the system enhances efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Process Management

Mode indicator lights, illuminated buttons on the control panel, and a touch screen display provide staff with clear information about the spray booth's current operating mode. These visual cues improve workflow and production efficiency. Different coloured lights and indicators signify various stages: idle, spray, flash-off, bake, and job complete.

HSE Features

Health, safety, and environmental considerations are integrated into our spray booth with features such as mist clearance, fire alarm strobes, emergency lighting, and air clearance times. These measures ensure your booth meets essential safety standards, prioritizing the operator's health

Track and Skate Systems

Our track and skate systems facilitate the smooth movement of vehicles within the Bodyshop, enabling sideways motion through various stages of the refinishing process. These systems integrate seamlessly with preparation bays, spray booths, and polishing bays for an efficient workflow. Tracks can be installed on existing concrete floors or our raised floor configurations.

Key Features:

  • Durable Construction: High-quality rails designed for minimal friction.
  • Lightweight Skates: Made from aluminium, each skate weighs 7 kg with an 800 kg load capacity.
Prep Deck: Comprehensive Preparation System

The Prep Deck is a complete preparation system designed to streamline the vehicle prep process. It features:

  • Track and Skate System: For seamless vehicle movement.
  • Integrated Vehicle Lifts: Enhancing functionality.
  • Fully Filtered Floor: With extraction creating a natural downdraught, providing an optimal environment for vehicle preparation.

This setup ensures efficient, clean, and effective preparation, meeting the highest standards of quality and performance.
