The Project
To support the production of the Boxer Armoured Vehicles, WFEL required a robust and efficient spray booth system capable of handling the stringent demands of military-grade coatings. Todd Engineering delivered a custom-built Titan CV spray booth and complementary equipment to meet these exacting requirements.
Installed Equipment
- Titan CV Spray Booth:
- A 26-meter-long, two-stage drive-through booth, specifically designed for large-scale military vehicles.
- Features a full downdraught extraction system for optimal airflow and a pristine working environment.
- Equipped with high, mid, and low-level lighting to ensure flawless application and inspection capabilities.
- Centralized Inspection Pit:
- Integrated with comprehensive extraction systems for safe and efficient under-vehicle inspections, crucial for military-grade standards.
- Paint Mixing Room (PMR):
- A dedicated area designed for precise color preparation and streamlined workflow, ensuring consistency in coatings.
- Plant Room Setup:
- Includes an ABAC air compressor and a WORKY dust extraction system, providing the necessary support for the spray booth and preparation processes.
