Repair centre marking two years of sustainable excellence

MG Accident Repair Centre Marks 2 Years with Zeus All-Electric Spray Booths

MG Accident Repair Centre is celebrating two years since transitioning to all-electric operations with Todd Engineering's Zeus spray booths, a pivotal step in their journey towards carbon neutrality. As a long-standing customer of Todd Engineering, MG previously operated with gas-fired spray booths but made the switch to Zeus as part of their sustainability mission. This upgrade has been a cornerstone in helping them achieve PAS 2060 certification, signifying their commitment to carbon neutrality.

The Zeus all-electric spray booth, equipped with far infrared curing technology, efficiently targets paint at a molecular level, reducing energy consumption while maintaining lower panel temperatures. This advanced technology has not only contributed to MG's environmental goals but has also increased productivity and improved the quality of their finishes.

Stuart, Manager at MG Accident Repair Centre, reflects, “Switching to the Zeus spray booths has transformed our business. We've reduced energy costs, increased productivity, and maintained the highest quality standards. The Zeus system has been instrumental in our journey to achieving PAS 2060 certification, and it’s been a game-changer for our operations.”

Alex, a Manager from Todd Engineering, adds, “It’s inspiring to see MG Accident Repair Centre take such significant steps toward sustainability. Their transition to the Zeus spray booths is a testament to how innovative technology can lead to both environmental and operational improvements. We’re proud to be part of their journey.”

MG Accident Repair Centre continues to lead the way in sustainable automotive refinishing, setting a high standard for the industry with their commitment to eco-friendly practices.
