Project Success - Al Haddad Motors – Mercedes-Benz Bahrain

Todd Engineering is proud to announce the successful completion of a custom-built Zeus spray booth and oven installation at Al Haddad Motors – Mercedes-Benz Bahrain. As a prestigious Mercedes-Benz dealership, Al Haddad Motors required a high-performance refinishing solution that would optimize their workflow, efficiency, and quality standards. This installation was tailored to meet their specific operational needs, ensuring a seamless and highly productive environment.

The setup includes a Zeus all-electric spray booth and a curing oven, positioned side by side and separated by a dividing roller shutter door. This configuration allows for a smooth transition between the painting and curing phases, minimizing downtime while enhancing efficiency. The track and skate system was incorporated to ease manoeuvrability, ensuring vehicles move effortlessly through the process without excessive manual handling.

To further streamline operations, we installed twin Hades preparation booths opposite the spray booth and oven. This layout creates an optimized, step-by-step workflow, allowing for dust-free sanding, priming, and masking in the preparation booths before vehicles enter the spray booth. The design ensures that each stage of the refinishing process flows seamlessly into the next, significantly reducing turnaround times without compromising quality.

This project was a full turnkey solution, covering everything from initial design and site planning to installation and commissioning. Every detail was carefully considered to ensure maximum efficiency and ease of use for Al Haddad Motors' team. The result is a world-class refinishing facility, combining precision engineering with operational practicality.
