Todd Engineering is proud to have recently installed a new state-of-the-art paint facility in Dubai for one of the world's leading airlines.

This installation features two brand new all-electric Zeus spray booths, which have been specifically designed to meet the needs of our customer and exceed their expectations.

The Zeus spray booths are constructed with the highest quality materials and finished to the most exacting standards. They are fully equipped with high-end features such as LED lighting and inverter variable speed drives as standard, which makes them not only efficient but also user-friendly.

One of the most impressive features of the Zeus spray booths is the Electric IR technology that has been incorporated into the high-performance Todd Engineering spray booth. This technology gives the ultimate paint finish and ensures that the paint is evenly distributed across the surface of the component. 
The air handling plant has been designed to be compact and easily accessible for routine maintenance. This ensures that our customer can keep their spray booths running at peak efficiency and minimize any downtime.

Additionally, the Zeus has a bespoke prep area next to it with multiple Minden dust extraction outlets and air filtration to ensure the air in the cabin is clean and free of contaminants.

The paint mixing room is also a spacious cabin that provides ample room for mixing schemes, workbenches, and gun cleaners. The white interior finish, filtered air intake, and full-length door glass give a comfortable and clean working environment that meets all health and safety and building regulations for the storage and mixing of paints with a 30-minute fire-resistance rating.
