Bespoke Olympian Installed for Kelston Actuation in Bristol
The UK’s leading manufacturer and Bodyshop equipment supplier, Todd Engineering, has completed the installation of a bespoke external Olympian for Kelston Actuation Ltd in Bristol.
The Olympian Series Spray Booth is aimed at new start-up and low throughput markets at an entry-level budget. However, despite the entry pricing, Olympian’s cabin is full specification regarding size, construction and finish. The Olympian’s low cost and streamlined installation make it a competitive and far less risky option versus the purchase of a second-hand spray booth.
The air handling plant is designed to be compact and to be accessible for simple routine maintenance. The airflow design produces an excellent through-flow of air for the removal of paint overspray and vapours, without the need for excavation, floor grids, etc.
Like all of the Todd Engineering spray booths, the Olympian series includes a state-of-the-art LED lighting system specifically for use in Todd Engineering range of spray booths. These LED lights surpass the very highest standards required in the automotive refinishing sector, creating a superbly lit cabin with high level-light pods. The LED spray booth lighting pods are angled to reduce glare and shadowing.
This form of spray booth lighting consumes 50% less energy than conventional spray booth lighting (tubes).
